I’m looking to give video game music and related things a site to plug on. I run two other game music blogs, one for reviews and one for random game music, but I intend on ceasing posting on both and bringing all work to this site. The only difference now is that I won’t be doing reviews to any great extent, if at all, rather just plugging the soundtrack/album and giving them a promotion. I’ll explain how [smoothly] things are [hopefully] going to be run.
1. Game soundtracks and albums are going to be posted here with a short description for each and a link to download/purchase.
2. Same goes for single/multi track posts.
3. Any and all game music related things are welcomed to be posted here. I’ll have an email account posted somewhere visible on the site where you can submit an email about an album/ost you have done, or ones that are in the works. It doesn’t even have to be yours, it can be anyone’s work.
4. Age is of no relevance, anything goes.
It’s as easy as that.
Oh, what’s going to happen to VGTO! Reviews and Rock The Gaspar? It’s just going to fade away now that this site is running. Rhythmroo.com covers both blogs and it’s unnecessary to keep them both running, not to mention more work.
The only other thing I can think of that might sparked a ? is why the name Rhythmroo.com. I like kangaroos and Rhythm Heaven. I thought it was witty. :D
